Please take note that Drawwithlovejessica reserves the rights to modify or change the policy at any time without further notice. Please ensure you have read through all terms and conditions to avoid any misunderstanding.
1. Return Policy
- Digital Products Return Policy
Any digital products such as Digital illustrations which are downloadable are not eligible for return.
- Physical Products Return Policy
For any of the physical products, we're only accept the manufacturing defects or damages products. Any report made caused by the manufacturing defects or damages products must be made within 5 days of receiving the products and in original and undamaged packaging. Please take note that customer need to pays for the shipping cost back for any of the return products. Drawwithlovejessica reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned products is not in a fully resalable condition. For any return products, kindly send a clear photo of the damages products and receipt of your payment/purchase to my email at drawwithlovejessica@gmail.com or whatsapp me at 013-8480290.
2. Refund Policy
- Digital Products Refund Policy
Refunds will not be provided for any digital/downloadable products.
- Physical Products Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for any of the items that are out of stock and manufacturing damage. Drawwithlovejessica will initiate a refund to your bank account within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.
All shipping costs for the returned products are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are not applicable for any delay of delivery by the courier company.
3. Shipping Policy
- Mishandling, Damaged & Missing parcels
Please take note that we are not responsible for any damage or lost orders caused during courier service delivery. Your orders is wrapped securely to avoid any damages during courier service delivery.
Mishandling, damaged and missing orders are to be claimed with the respective courier.
- Shipping Address changes
For any changes to the shipping address after parcels are sent out/delivered will NOT be entertained.
